Complete guide to 2k’s. In 16 weeks start as a beginner & end having mastered the technique, strategies, & fitness to accomplish your fastest 2k. This is a combination of our 2k 101 & 2k 202 at a discounted price.
Improve 1000m times through better mid-range speed and power. Especially useful for workouts like Jackie or time domains around 4 – 5 minutes. Great for mid distance runners or first responders.
500m 101 is for short & fast anaerobic work. Improve your 500m time & short distance sprint speed & strength. Perfect for improving short range workouts like Fran, a 400m run, or 1 – 2 min time range.
Want a faster 2k? Twice a week you’ll learn to make the machine move faster for you. It comes down to movement and understanding HOW you move on the machine that will give you immediate results.
Build your mid-range endurance & improve your fitness for an 18 – 24 min. time range. Excellent source of aerobic work as a partner to other programs. You’ll improve your 5k time as a result of this 8 week cycle.
2k 201 builds on the 2k 101 cycle & introduces sprint starts, sprint strategy, & how to squeeze the most out of your technique to go faster while being smarter & more calculated in your approach to the 2k.
4 Weeks to find your best drag factor. 2 Workouts/week will quickly help you understand the differnces in damper/drag factor settings and allow you to find your optimal work range to maximize workouts.
