Hello this is Leo Harry. I have a whole summer to workout. What things can i do? I need cardio and lots of weight exercises. I plan on doing a total of 3 hours workout a day. Any ideas? I want a six pack or at least a larger chest!

I would say not to worry about how many calories you burn. exercise for 40 60 minutes. that’s around the time when you start to burn fat.
