Like any challenging activity, committing to something takes a lot of mental resilience. Committing to a rowing challenge in the depths of the “ber’s” months of the year means you not only get that mental challenge, but this one is going to stretch how much you can keep putting the work in behind the scenes – like a true Dark Horse.

These are the first DH workouts I ever did back in 2018. It was a great time, not all kill yourself without but enough of them to keep it interesting & challenging.
