We’ve got to give credit where credit is due and we wanted to take a minute and thank all of you for your support. Workouts

For Distance:

Row: 7x300m/90 second rest between intervals

Maximize your effort for these unique distances. Try to hold 2k-7 pace.

Record total distance

 

For Time:

Row: 50-40-30-20-10 cals / 1 minute rest between

Pace yourself to start and push a higher cal/h average each interval.

Record total time

 

For Max Calories:

Perform 4 x Tabata (8x :20 On/:10 off)

Maximize your effort for all 4 Tabata. Rest 3 minutes between efforts.

Record total calories per Tabata.

 

Try to complete the following:

Set 1000m on the monitor

Row :20 on/:10 off and try to complete the total distance in 8 rounds for men/10 rounds for women.

This is a mental game, stay focused. Do not give up and give everything because this is a short workout.
